In the early morning hours of Sunday, August 28, 2022, the life of 18-year-old Tyrell Edwards was tragically cut short in Ruston, Louisiana. The young man was at the Cinnamon Square Apartments on Sage Court when he was shot. In the immediate aftermath, residents at the apartment complex transported him to the Northern Louisiana Medical Center.
