In the autumn of 2022, Dennis Ducre, a 62-year-old man, was living in New Orleans, Louisiana. On the evening of Friday, November 11th, his life was irrevocably altered when he became the victim of a shooting on Chef Menteur Highway. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain largely undisclosed in public reports.
