Raheem Alexander, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 25, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Marais Street. The New Orleans Police Department identified Chris Hughes, an 18-year-old male, as the primary suspect in the case. An arrest warrant was issued for Hughes in connection with the homicide.
