Jesse Cohea, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2020, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jesse was born on September 3, 1990, and was a resident of New Orleans, although he spent several years in Thibodaux, LA, due to Hurricane Katrina.
