Shaquille Michael Cooper, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on April 22, 1992, Shaquille was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and a high school graduate of Penn Foster U. He was cherished by his surviving mother, Sharon Elaine Cooper, and his two brothers, Corey and Kem Cooper.
