Phillip Thomas, a 51-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His obituary mentions that he was the son of Roger and Glory Clark Thomas, the father of Dillon Thomas, and the brother of Anthony Thomas and the late Paul Thomas.
