African American male, age 15. On a rainy Friday, October 9, 2009, Kiwane Albert Carrington, a 15-year-old male, walked with a friend to the back of a relative's home in Champaign after realizing he didn't have a key.
A neighbor mistook the teens for burglars and phoned police about a break-in on West Vine Street.
