Dale Squirrel Fischer, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 3, 2011, in a drive-by shooting in Chicago's West Woodlawn neighborhood. Dale was walking with a friend after spending the afternoon at a local recreational center, where they played video games and watched YouTube videos.
