Antiwon Deon Douglas Jr., a 17-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on June 27, 2020, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:25 a.m. in the 1100 block of North Monticello Avenue.
