Oterious Marks, a 6-year-old boy from McComb, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2022. Oterious was playing with his brothers and friends at Central Park in McComb when a drive-by shooting occurred. His mother, Kyoukius Washington, was nearby, watching from a picnic table. The shooting resulted in Oterious being struck in the abdomen by a high-caliber bullet, leading to his death at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.
