Fredrick Brown, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. The circumstances surrounding his death were violent and deeply unsettling. Fredrick was fatally stabbed in the chest and torso during an altercation in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
