George Arteaga, a 51-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. Arteaga was found with a gunshot wound to his torso inside a garage located in the 4800 block of South Marshfield Avenue in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:15 a.m., and he was pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center shortly thereafter.
