Pedro Lopez-Belloso, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2021, in Norcross, GA. The incident occurred when Jorge Alberto Ramirez, a 35-year-old self-proclaimed "patriot," shot Lopez-Belloso in the back of the head while they were in a car on Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
