On July 23, 2023, 18-year-old Andres David Buitrago Castillo was found shot to death at the Elliot Norcross apartments located at 1355 Graves Road in Gwinnett County, Georgia, just outside the city limits of Norcross.
The incident occurred in the parking lot of the apartment complex, where officers responding to a report of a shooting at around 10:45 p.m. found Buitrago Castillo with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
