In the late hours of March 30, 2014, a violent altercation inside an apartment in Norcross, Georgia, tragically cut short the life of 21-year-old Tevin Saffo. The young African American man was found deceased by police who were responding to a call about a person being shot at the Bristol Court Apartments on Westchase Village Lane. The incident, which occurred around 10:30 p.m., also left another 21-year-old man, Tyler Reeves, critically injured and in need of immediate medical attention at Gwin ...
