William Esteban Shelton III, a 38-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. He was sitting in a vehicle in the 1000 block of West Argyle Street when an unknown assailant fired shots, striking him in the head. Despite being rushed to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Shelton succumbed to his injuries two days later on September 13, 2020.
