Dejuan Thomas, a 35-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 8, 2022, in Chicago, IL. Dejuan, a Navy veteran, was fatally shot alongside his best friend, Joseph Stokes, in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. in the 3700 block of West Iowa.
