Christopher Hines, a 35-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Jeffery Manor neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Hines was attending a party in the 9900 block of South Van Vlissingen Road when an argument broke out between him and a male family member.
