Ramon Breceda, a 16-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on August 1, 2014, in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred near the corner of 24th Street and Washtenaw Avenue, a known gang hangout. Ramon was targeted by three teenagers who were allegedly looking for rival gang members. The suspects, Andrew Anania, 18, and 15-year-olds Ricardo Cortez and Eduardo Moreno, were charged with first-degree murder in connection with Ramon's death.
