On August 20, 2019, Raul Ramirez, a 36-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was found shot to death in Old East Dallas. Police responded to a shooting shortly after 8:30 p.m. in the 4900 block of Terry Street and South Fitzhugh Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Ramirez lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention from Dallas Fire-Rescue, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
