Christopher Kilgore, a 40-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on August 26, 2022, in Chicago, IL. He was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound to the head in the 5900 block of South Campbell Avenue, located in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. The incident occurred during a particularly violent weekend in Chicago, which saw multiple shootings and fatalities across the city.
