Justin Mercado, a 19-year-old male from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed on September 19, 2014. The incident occurred in the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood, where Justin was involved in a gunfire exchange with a 17-year-old boy. Justin suffered a single gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
