On a spring afternoon in Boston, the life of 22-year-old Tremayne Jackson, an African-American male, was tragically cut short. On May 3, 2013, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Jackson and 23-year-old Mibsam Wiggins were seated in a car parked in the bustling lot of a Walgreens on Warren Street in Roxbury.
