On January 6, 2015, 46-year-old Stephan Mosley was found deceased in East St. Louis, Illinois. Authorities reported that Mosley had been shot multiple times, and a suspect was seen fleeing the scene in a pickup truck driven by another individual. This incident marked the first homicide in East St. Louis for the year 2015.
