Kiron I. Carter, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2016, in East St. Louis, Illinois. His body was discovered inside a truck in Sauget, Illinois, a nearby area. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted an investigation by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis.
