Kiron I. Carter, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2016, in East St. Louis, Illinois. His body was discovered inside a truck in Sauget, Illinois, a nearby area. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted an investigation by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis. Authorities sought information from the public regarding Carter's whereabouts before noon on November 4, 2016, and any sightings of the Ford pickup truck he was found in.
