Ricardo C. Jackson, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 18, 2019, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred at a residence on the 800 block of 80th Street. According to the Illinois State Police, Ricardo was found with fatal gunshot wounds, leading to an immediate investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
