Michael Keith Tolliver, a 30-year-old male from Centralia, Illinois, tragically passed away on February 16, 2015. He was born on February 2, 1985, in Centralia, and was the son of Michael Ray Tolliver and Tammy Lynn McMeen. On the evening of his death, Michael was shot multiple times as he opened the door of his home on the northwest side of town to an unknown person or persons.
