Qwinton Turtle Shackleford

Qwinton "Turtle" Shackleford, a 27-year-old African American male from Centralia, Illinois, was found shot to death on February 10, 2019. His body was discovered in an alley off the 500 block of Haussler, between Maple and Sycamore Streets in Centralia. The Marion County Coroner confirmed his identity and reported that he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
