Leroy Roberson, a 26-year-old African American male from Mt. Vernon, Illinois, was tragically shot to death on December 25, 2015, in the parking lot of a bar in Centralia, Illinois. The incident occurred outside Party Liquors, where Roberson was involved in an altercation. According to reports, Demetrice Lockett, a 28-year-old man from Mulberry Grove, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with Roberson's death.
