Jossean Rueda, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Rueda and his friend, Richard Rodriguez, also 19, were driving in the Austin neighborhood on the city's West Side.
