On August 18, 2015, Quenton "Q" Demarco Lowe, a 21-year-old African American male from Peoria, Illinois, was fatally shot multiple times outside a residence in the 1600 block of Great Oak Road at the Pierson Hills apartment complex. The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m., leading to his untimely death.
