Kh’mari C. Davis-Rickmon, 22, a Black male from Peoria, was shot in the head on Sunday, October 12, 2025, just before 1:30 p.m. on the 2300 block of West Antoinette Street. Police rushed to the scene after a ShotSpotter alert registered 15 rounds; officers found him on the ground, and witnesses reported he had been riding a bicycle when gunfire erupted.
