Edward "Fester" Duane Lamont Moore Sr., a 22-year-old African American male, was born on September 24, 1994, in Peoria, Illinois, to Jiavanni Thomas and Tina Moore. He passed away on December 11, 2016, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, surrounded by his family.
