On September 17, 2016, Derrick Stallworth, a 47-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot while driving in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 7:32 p.m. when Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a shooting on the 2000 block of Diamond Street.
