Javier Osorio-Benites, a 29-year-old man, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot during an argument with a 26-year-old man who lived in the same house. The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Percy Street in the Fairhill neighborhood.
