Catherine Kudrna, a 54-year-old woman from Bloomingdale, IL, was found dead on January 8, 2016, in what authorities have described as an apparent murder-suicide. Catherine, along with her husband Daniel Kudrna, 55, were discovered in their home on Norton Lane. The tragic incident unfolded when police responded to a call about a woman yelling for help, followed by the sound of gunfire.
