Kelsie Small, a 19-year-old female, was tragically killed in a shooting during the early hours of Saturday, May 9, 2020, in the Old Louisville neighborhood. A graduate of Central High School in 2018, she was pursuing a nursing degree at Northern Kentucky University with aspirations of becoming a nurse practitioner. Her mother described her as a vibrant and determined young woman who would do anything for anyone.
