Lauren Membreno, a 23-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on April 8, 2016, in Chicago, IL. She was fatally shot in the head while sitting in the front seat of a parked vehicle in the West Elsdon neighborhood on the Southwest Side. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on April 7, 2016, when another vehicle pulled up, and someone inside opened fire.
