Camerie K. Crawford, a 17-year-old African American girl, was tragically shot and killed on January 17, 2020, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to the Cook County medical examiner's office, Camerie was standing in a vacant lot in the 6700-block of South Parnell Avenue when three males approached her in a silver-colored sedan.
