Jescie James Armstrong, a 15-year-old male from Rock Island, Illinois, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2016. Jescie was shot and killed in his home around 2 p.m. on that fateful day. The Rock Island County Coroner, Brian Gustafson, confirmed that Jescie had suffered a single gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Unity Point-Trinity Medical Center.
