Angelo Brown, a 35-year-old African American male from St. Louis, Missouri, was fatally shot by police in Belleville, Illinois, on June 23, 2016. The incident occurred around 9:45 PM when Belleville Police responded to a call about a man with a gun at an apartment complex on Pheasantwood Drive.
