Donald Carter Brunson, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 21, 2016, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred during a shootout on the Far South Side of Chicago. Brunson was involved in an altercation with another individual, which escalated into a deadly exchange of gunfire. He succumbed to his injuries shortly after being shot. The circumstances surrounding the shootout remain unclear, but it was a violent confrontation that resulted in the loss of two lives.
