Larry Matthews, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on October 28, 2016, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred near 154th Street and Dixie Highway in Harvey, a south suburban area of Chicago. According to the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Larry Matthews was shot in the head and was pronounced dead at 3:30 a.m. An autopsy confirmed that he died from the gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide.
