Damarcus L. Wilson, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 9, 2018, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Austin neighborhood, where Damarcus and another teenager were walking around 8:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North Lamon Avenue.
