Jaykuan Rogers, a 15-year-old African American boy, was tragically killed on July 22, 2019, in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. when Jaykuan and two other individuals were driving a stolen white Jeep.
