Mario Rodriguez, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, was found fatally shot in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, on October 31, 2021. Around 12:55 a.m., police discovered Rodriguez on the ground with a gunshot wound to his torso in the 900 block of North Damen Avenue. He was immediately transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, and no suspects were in custody at the time of the incident.
