On May 28, 2017, at approximately 5:40 p.m., 20-year-old Jervon "JoJo" Morris, a legally blind and developmentally disabled African American male, was playing basketball at Euclid Park, located near 98th Street and Wallace Avenue in Chicago's Longwood Manor neighborhood.
