Shafon L. Hayes, a 39-year-old African American male from Zion, Illinois, tragically passed away on January 11, 2017. He was born on October 23, 1977, in San Jose, California. Shafon was found dead inside a residence in the 2300 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, at approximately 11:17 p.m. on the night of his death.
