Enrique Arrieta, a 51-year-old male, was found late morning on Sunday, September 21, 2025, lying on the ground at the intersection of Calle Limon and Genoa Street in Coachella after reports of an assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies arrived at 11:37 a.m. and discovered he had suffered a gunshot wound; despite life-saving efforts at the scene, he was pronounced dead there.
