Julio Ceasar Garcia-Lara, a 15-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. Julio was a passenger in a red Chevy Trailblazer when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the West Lawn neighborhood. A white Dodge Charger pulled up behind the SUV near 59th and Pulaski, and someone inside the Charger opened fire.
